Professional Bond Cleaning | End of Lease Cleaning | Brisbane Cleaning Services

By booking any service with Magic Mop Masters, you agree to the Terms s Conditions below. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Magic Mop Masters (“we”, “our”) and the Client (“you”).

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly, and reliable cleaning services across Brisbane, ensuring a stress-free experience for tenants, landlords, property managers, and homeowners.

🧹 1. Attendance on the Day of Cleaning

• Your presence is not required for your bond clean or end of lease
• Keys may be left in a secure location for our professional
• The booking holder must remain
• If we cannot reach you before cleaning begins, we may decline or delay the service for safety and security.

🏡 2. General Cleaning Conditions

• Properties above ground level without lift access may attract a minimum $50
• Access to water and electricity is essential for our cleaning
• Lack of utilities will reduce cleaning quality and void the bond-back
• The property must be fully vacated and ready for our end-of-lease cleaning

• Our cleaners do not move furniture over Clients must move heavy items if cleaning behind them is required.

📌 Important:

Damage must be reported within 24 hours via email.

We are not liable for personal items left behind at the property.

💳 3. Payment Requirements

• Payment must be made before cleaning
• Accepted methods: Cash or Bank
• A tax invoice will be issued on completion of your cleaning

💬 4. Quotes s Variations

All quotes given without inspection are estimates only, influenced by:

• property size
• room count
• level of dirtiness
• additional cleaning tasks
• condition of the home

If a price adjustment is needed, you will be informed before cleaning begins. If you decline the updated price, your cleaning guarantee may be void.

📝 All prices depend on property condition.

❌ 5. Cancellations s Rescheduling

• Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a $GG cancellation/rescheduling
• Magic Mop Masters may cancel if the property is unsafe, inaccessible, or not as
• If tenants are still moving out, the Client agrees to pay $40 per hour per staff member for delays.
• Travel fees apply if cancellation occurs after

🛡️ Service Guarantee – Bond Return Conditions

Brisbane’s Trusted Bond Cleaning Guarantee

To activate your cleaning guarantee, you must:

1. Email us within 3 days of the
2. Provide a detailed list of areas needing
3. Allow 48 hours for re-attendance.

⛔ Refunds are not issued without a chance to rectify the clean. Who may activate the guarantee?

✔ The person who booked

✔ Property owner or real estate agent (vacate cleans)

✔ Guarantee Conditions (Valid for 7 Business Days) Your bond cleaning guarantee remains valid only if:

✅ 1. No further work has occurred after cleaning

(no repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, renovations).

✅ 2. Foot traffic has been minimal

(no parties, gatherings, inspections using toilets, etc.).

✅ 3. The property has not been damaged

(pets, weather, accidents, external persons, or tenant misuse).

✅ 4. We have not already re-attended twice (two rectifications is the maximum).

✅ 5. Property has remained safe and secure (no unauthorised entry).

✅ 6. Property is in a liveable condition

• No severe structural damage
• No infestations (insects, bugs, rodents, feral animals)
• Working hot water and electrical outlets Failure to meet these conditions voids the Magic Mop Masters is not responsible for:
• Bonds withheld by real estate agents
• Additional rent or charges
• Ceilings or blinds unless booked as add-on cleaning services

🚫 Stain s Surface Limitations (No Guarantee)

Some stains cannot be removed even with professional end-of-lease cleaning:

• Hard water stains on shower screens s taps
• Calcium buildup s mould in silicone
• Permanent carpet stains
• Tile s grout discoloration
• Marks caused by aging, wear s tear
• External window cleaning (weather dependent)

Wall spot cleaning:

General marks will be cleaned, but heavily stained walls may require extra charges or repainting.

While we aim for exceptional results, please understand:

• Not all stains are reversible
• Old or damaged properties may not return to “new” condition
• Our standard of satisfaction means visible improvement, not perfection
